Q: How is yoga therapy different from traditional therapy?

Group Sessions

Group workshops, classes, and ceremonies can be a great way to spend quality time with the people in your life.

A: A therapist is trained to diagnose and treat mental and emotional health issues through talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other evidence- based approaches to support their client. Yoga Therapists do not diagnose- they work with the diagnoses or complaint from the client (or their treatment team), and support them in creating a supportive routine to ease suffering caused by the diagnosis/complaint.

Virtual Sessions

Both group and 1:1 support can be offered from the comfort of your own home with virtual support. Book for live virtual support or join patreon for prerecorded support.
